C&T’s Innovation relates to the field of large surface structures with a precise geometrical definition. We can be as no limiting examples include the following fields:

• Projection screen
• Wave transmitting or receiving antenna reflector on ground or on satellite
• Radar reflectors
• Targeting

These fields require the availability of a large geometric surface (Paraboloid, planar, suitably shaped …) . These dimensions make it difficult or impossible for storage phase (in case of we should made integration of the reflector on the satellite itself to be placed in the box provided for this purpose in the launchers)

CONCEPT RELEVANT: The presented structure allows deployment of a circular flat surface realized with articulated rigid links with rigid elements, so high accuracy while not having, in the deployed position, the protrusion on the surface once the deployed structure.
